I left really happy with my meal. The portions were big, the prices felt fair, and compared to a lot of other places I’ve tried lately, this one felt like a better value.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from eatbirdcall.com — the sauce selection might be the best part. They have enough choices to keep it interesting without making you stare at the menu forever, and the ones I tried actually had their own flavor instead of all tasting the same. The ranch was really solid, and the spicy sauces had a nice kick without being over the top. the sauces made the chicken way better. I’d order again just to try the rest, so consider yourself warned

I ordered through the site for pickup, it all went smoothly. The menu was easy to figure out, payment went through without any hassle, and my food was ready when I got there. I was almost expecting there to be some kind of issue where I’d be waiting around for an apology, but everything was fine.

Driver was super chill, and the chicken showed up hot with everything packed clean, no spills, no mess. Smooth experience overall.

The chicken was actually good, I’ll give them that, but the dining room was kind of nasty when I went. Tables had crumbs all over, the floor was sticky, and the trash was overflowing like nobody gave a damn. The staff was nice, so that helped, but the place felt too gross to just sit down and enjoy my food...

As someone who gets a little stressed when places are busy or when I mess something up with an order, I really appreciate how chill they are. Even when there’s a rush, they still greet you and don’t make you feel like you’re holding everything up. One employee even helped me fix an online order I messed up, which was really nice. Overall, it’s just been an easy, friendly experience every time.

I do like Birdcall overall and I’ve had some good meals there, but the freshness can be a little hit or miss. The chicken itself tasted good last time, and the fries were totally fine, but my lettuce was kind of wilted and the tomato didn’t seem that fresh. I reached out and support was nice about it, basically saying something like, “We’re sorry to hear that and we’ll share it with the team,” which I appreciated. Not a bad experience, just hoping the ingredients are a little more consistent, especially for the price.

I went in not really sure what I wanted, and somehow ended up with grilled chicken and a salad, which hit the spot. The chicken was good, the salad tasted fresh, and it didn’t have that heavy “I need a nap now” feeling afterward. Simple, but in a good way.

Parking was easy too, which makes a huge difference. I went through the drive-thru and it was slower than I expected, especially since they didn’t seem that busy. The staff was nice enough and the food tasted fresh, but they forgot my sauce and the fries were only lukewarm. I also didn’t get any kind of follow-up or apology about the missing sauce, which was kind of annoying. Not the worst experience, just average overall.
